There are three terms per academic year beginning September, January and April. Tuition is due 1st July, December and March respectively. If paying monthly the fees are due on the 28th of each month.
The School fee is Payable whether the child does or does not Attend School. There will be NO REFUNDS of fees for Vacations, Sickness or Holidays or if a child is absent or placed on half day routines by the school. SPECTRUM LEARNING is not obligated to hold a child’s seat after one (1) month OR four (4) weeks absence by the child without notification to the office. Additionally, if a child has to have a shadow or individual teacher's aide, the responsibility of paying the additional worker will be solely that of the parents.
